WHERE TAILORING MEETS JEWELRY

UniTies is a wearable art jewelry house inspired by the timeless language of tailoring.
Drawing from bow ties, neckties, and bolo ties, we transform iconic elements of classic
dress into bold, sculptural jewelry for women and men. Through contemporary design,
handcrafted metalwork, and artistic expression, each collection reinterprets the familiar,
turning the language of tailoring into something distinctly our own.

THE ORIGIN

In 2017, while searching for something distinctive for her own wedding, jewelry designer
Michal Zaguri Lavi and designer Bar Lavi transformed the traditional bow tie into a
handcrafted metal jewel. What began as a singular creation became UniTies - a wearable
art jewelry house born from a desire to challenge the conventions of both jewelry
and tailoring.

From that first bow tie came a growing world of sculptural jewelry, shaped by new
ideas, cultural influences, and the people who wear them. Today, UniTies continues to
explore the space between jewelry, tailoring and art, creating pieces that bring a familiar
language into a new form.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Each UniTies piece begins as a sheet of metal and is transformed by hand through our
signature folding technique. Carefully shaped and refined, every piece reflects a
meticulous attention to material, proportion, and detail. Produced in small series, our
jewelry celebrates the beauty of considered craftsmanship and enduring form.

THE PHILOSOPHY

At UniTies, jewelry is a language of self-expression. More than adornment, each piece is
